Important, PLEASE read the following before submitting information.

I understand that I must undergo a background check investigation by the Radford Police Department prior to working at the Animal Control Facility as a member of Pound Pals of Radford, Inc. I agree to abide by all shelter regulations, City of Radford animal ordinances, Virginia Commonwealth Code and Pound Pal guidelines.

I attest that I have never been convicted of any charges of animal neglect, animal cruelty or animal abandonment.

I am in accord with Pound Pals' mission of preventing suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals by working in partnership with our local animal shelter in all phases of animal placement and rescue.

I agree to attend monthly Pound Pals meetings and to contribute four hours a month working at the Radford shelter, or on special projects. I agree to pay annual membership dues as set by the Pound Pals Board of Directors. I agree to fulfill my volunteer commitment and to bring any problems to the immediate attention of the Radford Animal Control Officer and to the Pound Pals president.
